Nitro Foam is the new high-cleaning alkaline foaming detergent developed by Mafra to meet the needs of modern car wash facilities. Its high-performance formulation is designed to remove even the most stubborn dirt while providing high lubricity, ideal for the brush program in self-service tracks and automatic systems.
Thanks to its unique N.A.R.T.-No Air Required Technology, Nitro Foam can also be used in foaming systems without compressed air, while still maintaining a dense, compact and adherent foam. Its versatility also makes it perfect as an additive in powder systems, offering a single, highly efficient solution for different types of structures.
Energy conservation and eco-sustainability
Nitro Foam is formulated with Energy Safe technology, which allows for maximum effectiveness even with cold water, lowering costs associated with electricity or gas for heating. In addition, the product complies with the stringent ISO 14001 environmental standard and does not contain NTA, making it highly biodegradable and safe even for plants equipped with biological purifiers.
Self racetracks and automatic systems 10-25 ml per car. The product is safe in the recommended doses. To ensure optimal foaming, a dilution of 1:50 during the winter months and 1:100 during the summer months is recommended.
