SOUL is a detergent created by combining a special mix of solvents. The product has been specially formulated for washing tanks carrying products that are difficult to remove, such as certain types of polyols, silicones, additives for lubricants produced in the Infineum C, Exxon range.
It is a slow-acting detergent, specifically for use in plants with low handling or that can afford to let tanks stand in pretreatment.
It is a product considered safe, with a high flash point, suitable for companies that want a high standard of safety.
SOUL does not contain explosive substances, such as acetone, and shows low flammability and low risk of ignition.
The product is used pure. Quantity needed: 2 to 4L per compartment
1) The first operation after the arrival of the tanker is to unload the residual product well; heat until the product liquefies and spills out by dropping, placing the tanker on an incline with the truck suspension bellows
2) Insert detergent from the upper portholes with a jug and let it act. The action time should be proportionate to the density of the product to be removed. If the product is not excessively dense, it can be used in dedicated Atex head
3) In the first rinsing step, alkaline detergents, such as AK47 PLUS or AC 65 STRONG, can be used in case of residue and greasiness.
