This page describes how this site is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.

This information is also provided pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation Europe 679/2016 to those who interact with the web services of this site.

The information is given only for this website and not also for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links.

The information is also inspired by Recommendation No. 2/2001, which the European Data Protection Authorities, meeting in the Working Party established by Article 29 of Directive No. 95/46/EC, adopted on May 17, 2001, to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection.

THE "OWNER" OF THE TREATMENT

Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The "owner" of their processing is Ma-Fra S.p.A. VAT No. 02916980960, with registered office in Via Aquileia 44/46, 20021 Baranzate (Mi).

 

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING AND COMMUNICATION

Processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned company headquarters and is handled by personnel authorized to do so. The data may also be processed by third party companies that on our behalf deal with the management of online sales and/or IT management (including hosting) of the site and/or the management of other activities related to the web services of this site; companies resident and non-resident in the European Union, which guarantee an adequate level of data protection.

The data, which will not be disseminated, may also be communicated to other companies in the Ma-Fra S.p.A. group, including those outside the European Union, which guarantee an adequate level of data protection.

 

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this possibility, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.

Data voluntarily provided by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

Specific summary disclosures will be progressively reported or displayed on pages of the site set up for particular on-demand services.

A cookie is a textual element that is placed on a computer's hard drive. Cookies have the function of streamlining web traffic analysis or signaling when a specific site is visited and allow web applications to send information to individual users.

OPTIONALITY OF PROVIDING DATA

Apart from what has been specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide the personal data indicated in the request forms or in any case indicated in contacts with the company in order to send the products ordered or to solicit the sending of the newsletter, informative material or other communications.

Failure to provide them may result in the inability to obtain what has been requested.

For the sake of completeness, it should be mentioned that in some cases (not subject to the ordinary management of this site) the Authority may request news and information in accordance with Article 157 of the Personal Data Protection Code, for the purpose of monitoring the processing of personal data. In these cases, the response is mandatory under penalty of administrative sanction.

MODE OF TREATMENT

Personal data are processed by automated means for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

Session cookies expire if the browser is closed.

Persistent cookies remain on users' computers even after they leave the site and cease to take effect 38 months after the cookies were last logged in.

The right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to the revocation is guaranteed. The right to data portability, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority is guaranteed.
